  2. OMG when i see how little you eat i would definitely lose all my gains and die from hunger. I'm eating 2000 calories while dieting and now after my diet i eat around 2500 calories a day. Still some great inspirations for snacks 🙂

  9. Try the seasoning on cucumbers with lime! You can make a yummy salad with cucumbers and jicama it’s amazing!

  11. When feeding dogs watermelon make sure the seeds aren't fed to them nor the white parts you find on the edge! Also, I incorporated Tuesday's work out into my routine today while watching this. And I got a little bummed watching you make soup because I had no ingredients today for it 🙁

  16. Hey Sam, have you read Proteinaholic by Dr. Garth Davis? He's a prominent plant-based/vegan doctor. It basically explains the history of low carb diets and debunks them. Of course, as long as you're vegan it's up to you whether you want to eat low carb, but just letting you know that the science backing it isn't very strong in case you miss carbs! I also remember you saying in your video explaining why you went vegan that you still don't think meat is "unhealthy", so this book may change your mind (it has so many studies referenced!).
