  12. Is it necessary to use napa cabbage. In india cabbage is round not elongated.

    I'm half-korean, half-french, I lived in Seoul for 6 years when I was a kid. Now I live in France and I miss Korean sweet food soo much… I remember I loved eating 꼴떡 with my 할머니… Do you know how to cook them ? I'd love to watch you make some (and then give it a try) ❤

    You could probably use kelp stock powder in place of vegetable stock if you want that seafood taste. Also, very umami.
