  1. Made mine just now for a family birthday. And it’s plain and soggy :/ don’t know why mine turned out terrible. Tried to keep the pancake on the stove longer but it was still no good. Is it suppose to be soggy inside?

    Very tasty recipe! Made first time – it was soggy and I couldn’t flip it – I think I made it too thick. The secret is to keep it quite thin so you can flip it easily and it cooks evenly. Super tasty, thanks Maangchi! ❤️
