  3. I think it would be helpful if you made a graphical overview with a short description (either spoken or in text) at the beginning of the video. Watching a 10 minute video to see what finally comes of it is a litte bit inconvenient. Even when you skip to the end you can't really tell what this was about.

  4. I bought my fave roasted red pepper hummus, rest as outlined and oh my that sandwich is delicious. No small pitas to be found so had to halve regular size one. It's messy but too tasty to care.

  5. i cant believe how cheap vegetables are where you live. That head of Broccoli would have been several dollars where i live. Junk food and meats are cheaper then fresh Veg and fruit, it's so frustrating. I love the curry recipe, I cant wait to make that myself!

  19. Looks delicious, but Porridge with Caramelised Banana is 100% carbs though, so not so healthy if you are concerned about blood sugar. It would be O.K for most healthy people if they were about to undertake reasonably vigorous exercise but not for those who are going to sit around.
    I know it adds to the cost but I would replace some of the Oatmeal with Ground Almonds & also add a few Walnuts for the Omega 3. I also eat my oatmeal uncooked rather than made into Porridge so it takes a little longer for the body to process. When losing weight it is a good idea to bear in mind that what triggers the body to store fat is sugar & the body turns all carbohydrates into suger pretty quickly.

    the aqua faba (boiling water of the chickpeas) is a wonderful emulsifier for the hommus. It ,makes it incredibly creamy and intensifies the flavour 😉

    I have been using your recipes from the recipes for happiness and everything I’ve made has been DILICIOUS and ridiculously easy. I love how you guys aren’t scared to use oil or salt or fats, just healthy nutritious but really tasty food. Super accessible for family’s too!

  36. Lovely meal plan! I wonder about the Broccoli straight in the freezer? Wouldn't the enzymes continue to break down without blanching? I believe it would have to be blanched and quick chilled then straight in the freezer.

  40. Just one thing that sat wrong with me. You don't put broccoli like that into the freezer. First you need to blanche it and second it need to be packed up otherwise there will be freezer burn. Don't give people the wrong idea by throwing things like that in the freezer.
