  1. Genius. Where’s boxes from Steve?

  2. You just made my brain exploded….. Had no idea u could just put a whole broccoli straight in the bridge

  3. I think it would be helpful if you made a graphical overview with a short description (either spoken or in text) at the beginning of the video. Watching a 10 minute video to see what finally comes of it is a litte bit inconvenient. Even when you skip to the end you can't really tell what this was about.

  4. I bought my fave roasted red pepper hummus, rest as outlined and oh my that sandwich is delicious. No small pitas to be found so had to halve regular size one. It's messy but too tasty to care.

  5. i cant believe how cheap vegetables are where you live. That head of Broccoli would have been several dollars where i live. Junk food and meats are cheaper then fresh Veg and fruit, it's so frustrating. I love the curry recipe, I cant wait to make that myself!

  6. Tasty, taste, tasty!!!!

  7. All looks great! But surely pre-made porridge won't last a week? It would get all dry and stodgy, no?

  8. The twin half is starting to look haggard AF. So much for the healthy pompous lifestyle

  9. Your channel is one of my new faves… I discovered you guys through Entertaining with Beth…

  10. Thanks for showing that good, healthy food isn't so expensive. We just weren't taught the right stuff when I was growing up. Looking forward to more. I made black bean hummus yesterday. It's so much better than store bought.

  11. Wow, I just discovered your channel. New favourite.

  12. When he put the curry in the bowl I saw beans, I believe, but I didn't see him add beans. Can't find recipe. Any advice?

  13. I thought a scallion was a small, light purple-ish onion?

  14. I am loving the oil free cooking, shows people that delicious food can be made without adding oil to the sauteing of vegetables.

  15. Cumin belongs in hummus. Most important spice.

  16. Hey. I'll be turning 40 in November and decided that veganism is going to be my birthday present to myself. However, I also want to be able to cook my children meals that they will enjoy as well. Maybe think about doing some video's on kid-friendly vegan dishes. I love your channel. Thanks so much!

  17. Love this so easy

  18. Thankyou for sharing your recipes.

  19. Looks delicious, but Porridge with Caramelised Banana is 100% carbs though, so not so healthy if you are concerned about blood sugar. It would be O.K for most healthy people if they were about to undertake reasonably vigorous exercise but not for those who are going to sit around.
I know it adds to the cost but I would replace some of the Oatmeal with Ground Almonds & also add a few Walnuts for the Omega 3. I also eat my oatmeal uncooked rather than made into Porridge so it takes a little longer for the body to process. When losing weight it is a good idea to bear in mind that what triggers the body to store fat is sugar & the body turns all carbohydrates into suger pretty quickly.

  20. Add peanut butter to make satay

  21. What's the protein like on this? Seems a little low.

  22. The less ripe bananas are better for diabetics. Love your recipes.

  23. Natalie B. Mortensen

the aqua faba (boiling water of the chickpeas) is a wonderful emulsifier for the hommus. It ,makes it incredibly creamy and intensifies the flavour 😉
    Thanks for a lovely video

  24. Fiona's Food for Life - Cook Eat Nourish

    Great video!

  25. How would I store all these food containers?

  26. Little pony whip Whip

I have been using your recipes from the recipes for happiness and everything I’ve made has been DILICIOUS and ridiculously easy. I love how you guys aren’t scared to use oil or salt or fats, just healthy nutritious but really tasty food. Super accessible for family’s too!

  27. This is absolutely brilliant!

  28. Use the chick pea water from the cans.

  29. 10:53 he can use that as a "soldier"?

  30. Use the aqua Faba for your water, instead of water for your houmous it add flavour and still gives you the thickness you need

  31. Not sure what the porridge would taste like the next day, be best made fresh on the day

  32. All look delicious! I will definitely have to try them.

  33. I've seen you guys do this often, when i try to 'fry' oilless high heat even adding a little water my veg just burns… am I stupid?

  34. I loved your first low budget meal prep for weight loss and made it several times, already. Definitely will try this one, too. Thank you very much! These meal preps make live a lot easier.

  35. Why doesnt anyone cooking on YT seem to wash their vegetables ??????????

  36. Lovely meal plan! I wonder about the Broccoli straight in the freezer? Wouldn't the enzymes continue to break down without blanching? I believe it would have to be blanched and quick chilled then straight in the freezer.

  37. Is it wrong to want the curry for breakfast instead of the oats?

  38. Dude ! Looove your recipes but throwing broccoli into the fridge ? Hygiene !!

  39. And to think some people make the excuse that healthy meals are expensive to make

  40. Just one thing that sat wrong with me. You don't put broccoli like that into the freezer. First you need to blanche it and second it need to be packed up otherwise there will be freezer burn. Don't give people the wrong idea by throwing things like that in the freezer.

  41. I love your recipes you have by far the most home cook friendly recipes out of all the YouTubers I watch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  42. Great suggestions! Going to try them all!
