    I am curious about your thoughts on Soy. I apologize if you have gotten this questions a million times. I have recently started eating Vegetarian for humane, and environmental reasons, but have not eaten soy for many many years from things that I have read about it not being "good" for us.   24. I found that if you cook quinoa, rice, grains or pasta (or any other filler that could be bland tasting on it's own) with veg stock it makes it so much better….I converted my hubby to eating pasta just with this little change
