  1. More breakfast videos would be great. It's my weakest meal of the day in terms of calories and protein(too low) so I'd love to see more things to eat. This looks good but the chia seeds and the and protein powder make it a little more expensive than I'd like.

  16. Hi Mike, thanks for posting. Considering the many protein powder options that are vegan friendly, how did you decide on using Nanox?

  17. Isn't soy dangerous for men? I read many articles where it says it boosts estrogen production in your body and it's not necessarily unhealthy but it should be consumed cautiously, maybe once or twice a week. I personally completely avoid soy products, even tofu or other derivatives, and in the morning I use instead almond milk made by myself, the ones on the market are also unhealthy and they're mostly water with sugar.
