    But I would say that if you were to cut the zucchini and the carrots jasmine, the veggies would pick up more flavor and look more traditional, other than that this looks amazing!!! Yum!

  7. I’ve had vegan bibimbap but the tofu is cooked plain and the sauce is on the side. Even better because you can drizzle it over everything.
