  30. I was given , years ago one of these pans to cook Quiche in like that one, but I prefer doing a bigger one in a deep dish pyrex pie pan, makes for a thicker more filling Quiche.
    I liked a ham or bacon and Broccoli quiche, but the Broccoli needs to be cut up small
