  3. That way of peeling carrots is actually better, cause then you don't peel off all the nutrient dense layers right next to the peel, which is very very thin. Maybe with a smaller knife though.

  4. I'm not vegan but most days I end up cooking vegan food just because it's so much easier and takes no time to cook! I don't know why some say it's hard.

    Why peel the carrots? I always leave my skins on the veggies. To me peeling is like wasting food.
