This is literally so amazing you're doing this 🙂 I was also pregnant the same time as you, with a little girl, my little girl is almost 7 weeks old and I'm looking forward to getting my pre pregnancy body back but with two boys it's super hard to eat healthy all the time, so this will be definitely really helpful for me. What would you suggest snacking on while breastfeeding? I don't want to be constantly reaching for the unhealthy options so any ideas would be amazing?!

  7. Loved this! I’m 2 months postpartum and this is super helpful just for planning meals in general. I don’t have an airfryer right now, any suggestions on how I can get the tofu to that texture without one?

  10. You should invest in a good set of kitchen knives. You cook often enough that it would really be a sound investment for you. I get nervous watching you cut things with those tiny knives!

  11. I’ll just come live with you. I’m already lazy when it comes to prepping for small everyday meals, and with twins on the way it’s gonna be worse. Haha

    When you get the time, save your veggie scraps in the freezer and when you have enough, make a veggie stock with all of those scraps. I have just started doing this and it makes a couple liters.

  14. just a tip for people who aren't really into tofu like I use to be. you should freeze it a night or day before frying in the air cooker. cut it up and put it on a pan until you are ready to use it. comes out extra crispy and tastes so much better, especially when seasoned well.

  15. I am new to your channel, I found it the other day and I must say, I love your videos!!! I feel like you keep it real and don't pretend about anything. I am a mom of 3 boys ( they're all older now) but I totally see myself in so many of your videos cause it takes me back to the days when I had a 4 year old, a one year old and a newborn. Keep the videos coming 🙂

    P.S. What part of the Country are you in? I am sad we don't have an Aldi here in Colorado, it seems like it has really great deals!
