  2. Thanks for sharing, I'll be trying these out…. I did something similar a while back with the beetroot pulp from my juicer, it made them super purple and kinda nutty texture, would love to see you try these with added grated beetroot or carrot!

  14. First let me say, I am vegan. But this is why vegans get a bad name and still get sick. Vegans think they can eat anything as long as it's not meat. you said you had very ripe bananas for sweetness and then you put dates in it. Wow now that's a lot of sugar! And there's a lot of people watching your video and going to make these muffins and put them in diabetic shock or soon-to-be if they keep eating like this! You have dates for sugar and sweetness. That's all you need the bananas should be green and not filled with all that pure sugar that's very bad for you!

  22. Fun, at the dollar store get an ice cream scoop with a thumb press. Use it to scoop and fill your wells. You’ll it quicker, less mess, and equal portions. I literally found this video after pulling out my blueberry morning muffins out of the oven. I’ll try your recipe next week. Thanks for your time and effort in making these available to us.
