  1. it was good. but I did it again w/ onions and I fried them and the mushrooms up first then added the zucchini, tomatoes, & beans. I'd saved some of the black beans, mushed them & then added it to make it thicker. if you put it in blender then put it in bowl w/ some chickpea flour you can make veggie burger out of it.
