  2. Ughhhhh as a vegan nutritionist myself this is way too many carbs and not enough protein. Studies also show a high link of soy products linked to cancer and is a goitrogen harmful to our thyroids. Is there even enough iron and vitamin A in this?

  7. Yes, these are yummy looking dishes and look very healthy as you know all the nutritional value. I realized before I watched this today that I am sick and tired of spending way too much money on food. However it is so much cheaper to buy a big container of oatmeal and mix in your own cinnamon and apples. When I buy a small jar of cinnamon it lasts about a year maybe more.
