  1. Eat collards raw? No, thank you! I would nuke the collards for at least 30 seconds to one minute. If they're squishy, so be it, but better than raw collards.

  3. Interesting idea. I love collards. Just FYI, sour cream has half the carbs of plain Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt) and tastes so much like it, no one would tell much difference.
