  1. Best advice yet, am grateful!

  2. wait wait wait….. sweet potato… its a fat burning food! many say you shouldnt eat it often but its a good option for carbing up or once in a while kinda thing… so when you say avoid, is that like, its ok if you want to carb up but otherwise not a good option, or do you mean avoid as in avoid at all costs because its a devil veg for keto…?

  3. Very nice and informative video, although conventional in its approach it has cutting edge keto research.

  4. Well done! Very helpful.

  5. I’m about to go to the store to shop for Keto! I’ve never really been on a diet before and after some research I’ve decided to choose Keto. I’m a bit nervous but hopefully I start this off right and I can keep it up. Thank you

  6. your advice on water intake is wrong in my opinion ….your body tells you how much water you need ,drink when your thirsty ! you might want to check out Dr Eric Bergs video on the water myth for better information on this ….its common sense !!!!!

  7. I don’t understand how it works. You’re consuming so much fat how are you burning what you already got on top of how much is recommended?

  8. The eggs described as "free range" in this video can also mean "cage-free". These terms don't equal the best environment for the chickens or the best nutrient profile in the eggs that you will be eating when compared to "Pasture-Raised" eggs. When chickens are pasture-raised, they are not fed a vegetarian diet (corn, soy, etc.) but instead they roam freely and graze on bugs, worms, dirt, and other foods found in the pasture. Some supplementary foods are sometimes made available to the chickens when needed but overall, they are usually healthier than 'free-range' or 'cage-free' vegetarian fed chickens. Tl;Dr: Buy pasture-raised eggs from a local farm or through Vital Farms as often as possible. The nutrition is higher and the yolks are a richer orange color. 🙂

  9. Best information I've found…

  11. What about all the supplements you need to make up for all the vitamins and minerals Keto shorts you?

  12. Thank you. New to Keto and all a bit overwhelming, so simple, clear advice is very much appreciated. 🙂

  13. How are you gonna have hummus in the video lol fr. Also how are you gonna say eat as much oil as you want? people are trying to lose weight on this diet not gain. Nuts should be avoided??? Also fat is a limit protein is a goal. There is a lot of bad information in this video. Lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder all are loaded with carbs.

  14. Give me all the oils!!!

  15. A gallon of water a day? A great way to pee out all the minerals.

  16. Who are you? The person who started this channel has tattoos on her /his hands you don’t so who are you?

  17. Karsten Von Fjellheim

Hummus is NOT Keto, too many carbs and also contains…um…what was it called, "anti-nutrients" or "nutrient blockers"….um….

  18. As often as you like?
