  10. Almost like the smoothie meal replacement I make. I just add spirulina and powdered greens and mushrooms, and plant based protein powder. Best meal of the day! Thanks for sharing. I'll make it like this for my fiancé 🙂

  15. I throw some Greek yogurt in there too for MOAR protein and probiotics

  16. Do you ever use soy milk? It has a lot more protein than almond milk. I use a Blendtec blender because the Nutribullet is too small.

  24. 1 cup of spinach /kale mix
    1 banana
    4/5 strawberry
    4/5 black berry ,raspberry
    1/3 blueberry /handful
    Flaxseed – be careful if never use – start with half table
    2 tablespoon of chia
    4 tablespoon of oats
    Almond milk – like half cup ???
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    Single serving whey protein
