  5. So I just made this but had to use what I had! It came out great! I used Vietnamese mushroom seasoning(pellets) instead of mushroom soy sauce because I didn’t have it. I used green leaf lettuce instead of bok Choy because I have seen my local Chinese restaurant do it lol. Added three portabella mushroom sliced thin and one shallot. Lol I took your advice and used what I had. Oh yeah I added 12 shrimp and red pepper (Korean). Thanks for the recipe!!!

    I had to use olive oil and some other kind of noodles I found.
    Broccoli,snow peas,bean sprouts,asparagus,cabbage,a little onion,garlic and ginger.
    I like to eat mine with mustard.
    I put a little too much soy sauce though but it still came out okay.
    I gotta buy a wok.
    It smelled amazing when I was cooking the veggies!
