  9. Hi Vicky, great job. A suggestion – if u could add number of calories per recipe. I use a calorie counter app and sometimes mix ur recipes, not following them verbatim. Thanks!

  17. This obsession with getting thin is way too much. Please understand that getting thin alone is not going to make you fit. Are we wanting to become fit and healthy in life or just thin? Give it a thought, 900 calorie diet for 10 days will make you lose weight but what about your body fitness? Majority of us don't even have the strength to do a single push up. Following such diets for short term and quick results may seem fine. But it should definitely not be substituted for exercising and strength training. Instead of following such diets one should bring about a change in one's habits gradually and stop binging on unhealthy foods, a change of lifestyle.
