  1. I did the whole30 on 2016 and lost 11 pounds. Now from January 2th to February 2th I lost 11 pounds again.. now from January 2th to February 17th I've lost 19 pounds. Even though I work in a restaurant where I have to taste a lot food which are not allowed on whole30. Still can see the results. I did the whole30 to join my wife. I didn't need to lose weight, because I'm 6feet tall and I weighted 179 when I started whole30, but my belly was to big for my body. So most the weight I lost was on my belly. But the good thing is, before I started the whole30 this year I was having a lot neck pain. Because I was working 10 hours a day, cutting meat, Vegetables etc. After to weeks of starting whole30 the pain is gone. I'm doing whole30 from January 2th to March 3rd. I have a lot pictures before and after. And lot a recipe too. Because I worked for 5 years in a Paleo, grain free, gluten free, vegan restaurant. So for me is not to hard to do the whole30. I'm planning to make video to help people who I want to do the whole30. I'm also planning to make a catering company. Sorry for gramma mistake. English is not first language. So I dont speak English to well.Good luck to all.

  2. And as soon as they eat those other foods again-the weight will return plus more.
The only way you can sustain weight loss is to make long term changes to lifestyle.
I am not living my life never having a few cookies dipped in tea or a bowl of ice cream or pudding or no pasta, rice or potatoes. Just less of them and not as often. At 64 and a little overweight, I reduced portion amount and opt for more fruits and vegetables than meat and carbs and less frequent desserts.

  15. Yeah! Whole 30! Thank you Dr. Oz for featuring this very healthy way of eating! I have followed whole 30 healthy eating plan for about 5 years now and I totally recommend it! I lost 18 pounds and was shocked after the 30 days and I feel amazing. It was so easy . I have bought all their books and totally learned about food. Several comments mentioned KETO . A few months ago I heard of KETO and so I researched it to see what is different from it than Whole 30. They are NOT the same. With Whole 30 you make sure you are eating a protein….a carb….and a fat. With KETO you are eating more fat, than carbs and very little protein. I just wanted to say their is a difference. It is very similar to Paleo. Please if you want to just start to eat plant based foods and clean eating , try this your body will thank you. And thank you Hartwigs….!!
Oh the Ghee is super easy to make yourself…you won’t feel guilty eating butter..
