Right now I need some salad recipes: I am detoxing (today is a juice day, tomorrow smoothies) and on Friday I will be eating salads, or raw veggies. And in general, I have recently been craving huge juicy salads, and wanted to make various raw salads more often. Thank you!

  20. If I made this raw, i'd probably be farting like nothing else for weeks. I might make this, but cook the chickpeas beforehand.

  26. To anyone considering eating raw legumes!! Legumes must be soaked for a minimum of 24 hours, or preferably until they sprout to be safe to eat. They will make you sick if unsoaked/sprouted/cooked. You'd be much better off to just cook them. That way they're safe and much more digestible so you'll actually get the nutrients out of them. Protein and nutrients mean nothing if you can't digest and absorb them

Today is day 12 of only smoothies, I've had a lump on my breast for 7 years and today on day 12 I can feel it's way smaller, it's almost gone 😀 the body is always detoxing and will do it on a deep level if you give it what it needs. Kristina, thank you for your videos, thank you for leading us in the right direction <3

  38. I will try this. I am not raw vegan but I do eat raw foods 50% of the day. Breakfast and lunch is usually raw fruits and vegetable salad or green smoothies for me. For dinner is when I cook and it works for me. I like to try new recipe'a and this looks tasty
