  20. Hey Steph, I was wondering if you could help me. Recently I've been struggling with my weight. I have been starving myself for 2 months now, apart from the occasional days where I would binge eat bad foods. Until yesterday I was barely eating, but not losing any fat in my belly, only my arms and legs. I know that this is extremely unhealthy so I've decided that I want to gain muscle and not look like a walking skeleton. Im currently 15 so I have time to save myself from what could have been a much worse case. Due to this, my mum took me to a doctors appointment yesterday and they told me that I would have a blood test tomorrow (Wednesday 22nd) but I am terrified of needles. Im desperate to build muscle and have the physique that I've always wanted, and just to look healthier by the summer. I am currently eating a lot of food in one day, but not enough that it makes me feel too bloated and disgusting. If you or anyone else would be able to give me some advice on training to build muscle I would appreciate it so much. Thank you 🙂
