Freezable Vegan Breakfast Burritos | Vegan Meal Prep

Time for some vegan meal prep! These freezable vegan breakfast burritos are the perfect hearty breakfast to meal prep for your busy week. Check out our blog …

  1. I don't meal prep ever. I need to do it. It makes so much sense.

  2. i do overnight oats a lot just because it's so fast to do. sometimes i do pancake though, i just make a bunch and then put them in the fridge or the freezer

  3. I don't like sweets, but I love savory oats. I can cook enough in the slow cooker for a week and I'm done. What would you do for a hot lunch prep?

  4. Oh my damn. Making my 8am lectures something to look forward to!

What tortillas are you using?/Do any other local folks have tortilla recommendations?
The I can't find any that are big/sturdy enough, except for the Indian Life brand that is both too expensive and not whole wheat. In the past, I've used tortillas from the Latin American shop on Augusta but am absolutely not confident that they're vegan 🙁

  5. this looks really good! i cooked tempeh once and found i preferred it just raw marinated as a cold cut type thing… some people say you can't eat it raw but others say it's okay.
i dislike overnight oats, it's better to just pour some thick rolled oats in a bowl, add chopped apple, raisins, chia seeds or ground flax and some chopped pecans or walnuts, add boiling water and wait five minutes… better texture (i don't like porridge, i prefer mine dryer, hot and not chalky like overnight oats).

  6. After watching a movie every time
I am making the same dish!

  7. Whenever I find the wherewithal to bother doing mealprep I usually do curries, or a "pate" of sorts with lentils to spread on bread. I don't often do a breakfast meal prep, but I also don't really eat breakfast terribly often. When I do, I can really only ever think to do overnight oats!
I don't think I do mealprep very much just because it becomes so monotonous for me, I like a good variety throughout the week. That said, I'm always a big fan of the idea of doing preps where the prepped ingredients are interchangeable in different meals. Like, same ingredients but in differing ways throughout the week to keep from getting bored.

  8. I can't wait to make this.. looks so delicious!! I was wondering where you get your dried mushrooms/ what brand are they? I've seen a container of mixed dried at costco but yours look better. How come you use them more often than fresh? Do they add something different to meals? Thanks girls can't wait for more meal prep vids! Maybe try meals from different countries? I'm sure whatever you make will be delicious!

  9. Jilleen Macpherson

Yummy soup recipes for the next meal prep. I don't eat sandwiches but I'll watch anything you do ladies. Keep it coming.

  10. Another way is to remove foil, wrap in parchment paper, return foil, and then steam in a basket over a pot of simmering water.

  11. Love the meal prep ideas! More please! 🙂

  12. I was searching instigram for vegan breakfast burritos this morning. 🙂

  13. Love this – easy to do and cheaper than buying frozen vegan b'fast burritos (sweet earth – they're $4 or $5 each!)

  14. Thanks for this video! Love it! I am going to make it.
