EASY Weight Loss Recipe for PASTA!!! Vegan



This is the EASIEST pasta you could ever make. Helps you lose weight as well as being super easy 🙂

  1. Nice! Hey, I've got a NO FAT, very low sodium alfredo sauce recipe. It's my new favorite thing to put on pasta. Try it!

    – 2/3 head of cauliflower
    — 1 large zucchini, peeled
    — water
    — 1 can cannellini beans
    — 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
    — 2-3 tbsp onion powder
    — 2-3 tbsp garlic power
    — 1 tsp black pepper
    –2 tbsp whole brown rice flour
    — pinch of Redmond "real salt"

     Steam the cauliflower and zucchini. Place steamed veggies and about 1.5 cups water (water you steamed it with) in a high speed blender. Add cannellini beans. Pulse a few times until it's a chunky liquid. Add the rest if the flavorings and the flour and blend at the highest speed for about 15-20 seconds. Adjust lemon juice, garlic and onion to taste, then blend again if necessary. This amount of sauce is enough for one box of pasta, so adjust the amounts for how much pasta you have.
