  4. I love stir fry. Thanks for posting. I was wondering whether I could make stirfry using potatoes. thanks for sharing. One thing way to much oil. I won't use that much oil is costly and I am on a budget. This looks great though

    I had a little twist…. after saute the garlic, and ginger.. I don't have spring onion .. and don't add pepper…

    I pour the soy sauce and sugar and added a little oyster sauce… stir until the sugar had melted… and I added the fried potatos and carrots.. it taste good.

  23. You lost me at "1 liter oil". I'm on a student budget here. Can I skip the deep frying step and just start stir frying directly my legumes (with a little olive oil) in the wok ?
