  9. Ok so regardless of if this is low carb or not but this is what you consider “healthy”? All off the dishes are really high in fat and the portion size must be really small to be under 800 calories per serving. This is not what I would consider for staying fit…

    Low carb is bullshit. It might help you temporarily lose weight, but it's hard to keep it off like that. On top of it the two longest lived people on Earth are people that eat the Mediterranean diet which is mostly made up of carbs like grains and potatoes, and the people of the Japanese Ryuku Islands (sp?) whose diet is over half sweet potato. If you want to lose weight eat balanced, eat reasonably, and get physical activity, preferably exercise that accelerates your heart rate.

  20. They may be low carb but no way will they help you stay in shape, some of them have way too much cheese, hell the pasta in basically a bowl of cheese with sauce on it.
