  3. I've always been a bit unsure about buying like frozen pancakes/waffles. What are your thoughts Lisa? Is there a difference between homemade and frozen?

  6. Is it bad to only eat from 3 pm to 7 pm?
    What I would eat in a day would for example be:
    – 3 pm: 600 to 800g of Santa Claus melon
    – 4 pm: 600g of strawberries + 2 medium bananas + occasionally some raspberries
    – 6.30 pm: pasta with vegetable sauce and vegan parmesan or a vegan lentil soup.
    A total of about 1300-1600 calories a day. I'm 15-16 years old, 5'5'' tall and weigh 138Ibs.
    I'm trying to lose weight but I'm just stuck at 138Ibs. What would you recommend?
    Btw, I can't eat in between 7.30 am and 3 pm because I'm at school and I'm not able to eat in public. And eating breakfast just makes me feel bloated all day.
