Why does nobody ever cook those tortillas? Every video I see: straight out the package, build a burrito. That's not how they are supposed to be used. Toast lightly them on a dry pan or a dry gridle. Then use them.

    Mix together 30 ml olive oil, 60 ml lime juice, 10 g cumin, 10 g chili powder, 5 g salt, 5 g pepper and 30 g of chopped cilantro.
Combine in a salad bowl 2 cans of chickpeas, 1 cubed cucumber, 20 halved cherry tomatoes, 1 roughly chopped onion, 1 cubed avocado, 80 g grated carrots and the dressing.
Serve it with feta cheese sprinkled on top.

Boil 30 g salt and 900 g cubed potatoes until the latter is done. Drain the water.
Cook 15 ml olive oil, 1 diced onion and 4 cloves minced garlic. Add 10 g cumin, 5 g cayenne, 20 g curry powder, 5 g salt & pepper each and 5 g ginger. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can of chickpeas and 1 can of peas. Add 1 can of coconut milk. Add the potatoes when boiled.
Serve with fresh parsley on top.

Cook 30 ml olive oil, 500 g diced onions, 250 g diced celery & carrots each and 1 diced red bell pepper. Add 5 g salt & pepper each, 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1 minced jalapeño. Add 30 g cumin, 4 cans of black beans, 1 litre of vegetable stock and 1 bay leaf. Simmer covered for 30 min.
Take half of the mixture (about 1 litre) and blend until smooth. Put it back in the pan.
Serve with cubed avocados, feta cheese and fresh parsley on top.

Put 2 cubed sweet potatoes on a baking pan. Sprinkle on top some olive oil (to taste), 2,5 g smoked paprika, 2,5 g garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes on 200°C and flip halfway.
In a non-stick pan, put some olive oil (to taste) and cook ½ diced onion. Add 1 diced jalapeño, 1 clove of minced garlic, 5 g chili powder, 2,5 g cumin and cayenne pepper to taste. Put 1 425 g can of black beans, 180 g corn and salt & pepper to taste.

The recipes are very fiber friendly but the loads of spices are atrocious!!

  25. My favourite recipe right now for being a cheap vegetarian is a simple soup made of diced onions, diced russet potatoes, diced carrots, and veggie broth. Season it generously with sage, thyme, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder and cook it down for at least an hour. It's so good!
