  8. Ladies! Stop dieting! Stop giving in to diet culture! There’s a better way, it’s called living life! Go all in, eat mindfully, intuitively, be active-not for punishment, but to honor your health and body! If we all come together and just stop giving in to these ridiculous ideas imagine how much could change for future generations!

  9. Vegan diet is not healthy in the long term. It made my dad (who is a long term vegetarian) unwell. It does not contain all the nutrient needed.

  13. Hello gorgeous, I had the same terrible endometriosis that effected a lot my each PMS Symptoms with lots of pain, sometimes even strong pain killers were not enough to kill the pain. I had an endometriosis surgery while I was trying to get pregnant, which didn't help at all. The only thing helped me to get rid of that horrible pain along with Keto diet ( Which is my daily routine now but I don't consume red meat and dairy products) and the acupuncture. My acupuncturist also treats me with Chinese medicine that helped me with the blood flow so it prevented me getting more endometriosis. If you can not afford acupuncturist I strongly advise getting these supplement that has the Ashwagandha (Gaia Herbs, Single Herbs, Ashwagandha Root ) and the Cramp Bark (Nature's Way, PMS with B6 & Other B-Vitamins). These two amazingly helped me a lot and I no longer experiencing killer pains on my menstruation period. Highly recommended.

  17. 'carbing up' is a real thing so your body told you right… Once a month is good.

  18. You should try the Atkins diet, which is basically the ketogenic diet in the beginning and then slowly adds more carbs to your meals so you find your carb limit. 🙂
