  27. hey joana, im trying to maintain my weight . I do not count calories because I have binge eating disorder and that is not something that I should do as part of my recovery. I find myself worry eating too little and keep losing weight. I force myself to eat more but then I feel that maybe I ate too much. I can never know when Im full because I had binge eating disorder in more than 3 years. I saw your video a long time ago that talks about how much you should eat in order to lose/maintain your weight, but I always worry, and I hate it. I also used to try to maintain my weight but as a result lost another pound in a few weeks. I am so frustrated, what should I do, how much should I eat, How do I know if im full because I never know or never feel. I also want to stop watching the scale But I cant because I always worry I might gain or lose weight. please help me. love you so so much ♥♥♥ P.S: you look so pretty in this video !
