  5. You have sandwich recipes and claim they help weight loss. If someone is watching this and need to lose weight the last thing they should be eating is wheat, regardless of the type of bread. Being over weight is an insulin problem and to help regulate your insulin to a healthy level you need to eat less processed carbs and sugar.
