  6. I'm obsessed with smoothies!! My favorite is chocolate banana. My newswest one that I love is 1/2 cup carrot juice, half of a frozen banana, 3 or 4 starberries, handful of mango, 1/2 cup almond milk. It's sooo good!!!

  9. I was finally able to try all of your smoothes and actually enjoyed all of them. I was kinda stuck making the same one every morning. Oh and BTW, you are the one that got me on the smoothie road. You did a what I eat in a day and featured the Nutrabullet to make them. Which I then bought and LOVE. My favorite of your smoothes are FAVORITE GREEN SHAKE, BLACKBERRY COCONUT MILK SHAKE and the AVOCADO SMOOTHIE. Who would have thought to use dates for sweetness! You warned us about the spirulina powder and damn, does it make the smoothie look like slime…hahaha. Love you!!!!

  17. Thank you for mentioning how bad palm oil is! The palm oil industry is one of the biggest problems for endangered rhinos, orangutans, and many other animals who live only in our rainforests… not to mention how bad it is for our bodies- and yet it is in so many foods. 🙁

  18. Coconut milk… moreover the amount you used is bad for the heart… it's easy recipe but Definitely NOT healthy
